While this past year brought many unforeseen challenges, our Lane Leaders members adapted. Following is the list of 2020 award winners. We thank these members and all Lane Leaders for their commitment to supporting each other throughout 2020.
We Are Family Award
The Ramlo “We Are Family” award recognizes the outstanding and dedicated honoraries in our group.
This year’s “We Are Family” award goes to Bob Way. Bob was a member with LCC from 1973 until retirement and has been an honorary member since 1999.
Outstanding Participation Award
Dedicated to past member David Andrews, this award commemorates the member who has been most active throughout the year.
For 2020, this award goes to our board. Our dedicated board spent many long weeks & months figuring out ways to help our organization make it through a very challenging time. Moving to a virtual format for an organization based on in-person relationship building was a stretch, but with their expertise and support, we made it work and came out even stronger for it.

Outstanding Leadership Award
This award is given in honor of Dennis Hoglund. Dennis mentored and shared his wealth of business knowledge with anyone needing help or guidance. He was instrumental in getting our Mentoring Committee started.
This award goes to an individual who has exemplified a selfless attitude in sharing their time, knowledge, and leadership skills in all aspects of their life.
This year’s award goes to John Prevedello of Constellation Marketing, also known as our business tour guide extraordinaire.
Above and Beyond Mentoring Award
This award is given in honor of Kim Thiele. Kim was always encouraging new members to participate wholeheartedly so they could support fellow leaders and promote their own businesses.
This year’s Mentoring Award goes to Mike Atterberry of Northwestern Mutual Financial Group.
Rookie of the Year Award
We created this award in honor of Ivan Gribscov, a founding member of Lane Leaders and owner of a local business company. This award was established in his honor to encourage our new members to strive for the same results he enjoyed in his long tenure in Lane Leaders.

Leader of the Year Award
We created the Leader of the Year award in honor of John Tiffany. John stayed involved in Lane Leaders long after his retirement and continued to support his fellow members until his passing.
